Holistic Intensives:
a retreat beyond performance & self-improvement
A depth-oriented, trauma-informed and mythically guided immersive experience supporting self-trust, capacity, and integration.
Holistic Intensives are immersive spaces for people who feel called to turn inward and engage their inner life with greater attention and care.
Many trauma intensives focus primarily on symptom reduction or the rapid processing of traumatic memories. This work takes a different orientation.
Here, trauma is understood within the larger landscape of the psyche and body. It reflects the ways we learned to adapt, protect ourselves, and move through the world.
A holistic intensive becomes an invitation into deeper relationship with your own deeply intuitive, instinctual & wise nature. This includes the intelligence of the body, the symbolic language of the psyche, and the patterns that shape your inner life.
Each phase of life carries its own questions, thresholds, and invitations. Within the extended container of an intensive, there is time to slow down, listen more carefully, and move beneath familiar ways of knowing so that what is emerging within you can be explored with depth and care.
This work is not about fixing or forcing change. It is an opportunity to step outside the pace of everyday life and enter a rhythm of sustained attention where insight, emotion, and embodied awareness can begin to integrate.
Over time, this kind of presence often supports greater clarity, steadiness, and trust in yourself. What you come to understand about your life can begin to be lived more fully.
“Belonging does not come from fitting in. It comes from knowing your place in the web of life, from relationship with land, story and soul”
Why choose a Holistic Intensive?
There are moments when the usual rhythm of life, and even the structure of weekly sessions, does not offer enough space for what is unfolding internally.
Just as something meaningful begins to surface, the conversation ends and life resumes.
An intensive creates a different rhythm.
Instead of touching the edge of an experience and stepping away, there is time to stay with what is emerging. Emotional patterns, bodily responses, dreams, and insights can be explored as they unfold.
The extended time allows the psyche and nervous system to move at a more natural pace.
Patterns that might take months to understand in shorter conversations often begin to reveal themselves more clearly when given sustained attention.
For many people, this creates the conditions for deeper integration. Change is not forced. It emerges through presence, understanding, and relationship with your own experience.
An intensive may feel meaningful when you sense that you are standing at an inner threshold.
You may be:
• navigating a life transition or significant decision
• noticing recurring relational patterns that want deeper attention
• feeling called to explore your inner life more intentionally
• longing for a deeper relationship with your body & nervous system
• wanting uninterrupted space for meaningful psychological & embodiment work
Rather than approaching these moments as problems to solve, the intensive allows them to be met with curiosity, presence, and care.
At certain moments in life, we sense that we are standing near an inner threshold.
In earlier cultures, these kinds of moments were often held within rites of passage. There were spaces set apart from ordinary life where individuals could step away from their usual roles and listen for what was emerging within them. In modern life, these kinds of containers are largely absent. We are often asked to move quickly through experiences that would benefit from deeper attention. A Holistic Intensive offers a contemporary container for this kind of threshold crossing. Rather than touching the edge of an experience briefly and then returning immediately to the pace of daily life, the intensive creates the time and space to remain with what is unfolding. Within this sustained attention, we can begin to listen more closely to the subtle movements of your inner life. The signals of the body, the symbolic language of the psyche, and the emotions that may not surface in shorter conversations can gradually come into clearer relationship. Transformation in this context is not something that is forced or engineered. It often emerges through the simple but powerful act of staying present long enough for deeper understanding to take shape. In this way, the intensive becomes the container place to cross an inner threshold with intention, allowing what is unfolding within you to be met with the attention it deserves.

Nadia's coaching genuinely shifted my entire life
How I relate to my nervous system, my patterns, and just myself as a whole human. She’s the person I want walking alongside me as I integrate real change into my actual day-to-day life (not just in theory). We all need a little Nadia in our lives. She’s so talented & sharp in the way she sees things, & you can feel how much she loves this work & how deeply she cares about you as a client. I feel very at home.

I've worked with nadia several times when I've hit roadblocks.
She’s highly intuitive and tuned in. I love how compassionate, warm, sensitive, and thoughtful she is. She really knows how to hold a safe space and a container that allows me to be vulnerable and completely unapologetically me. It’s such a gift to be seen by her. Her kindness, gentleness, warmth, awareness, depth in her guidance has truly been the reason why I keep going back to her. She meets me where I am without any force or pressure of any kind. A genuinely gifted soul that I get the privilege to seek guidance from.

ELEMENTS OF A HOLISTIC INTENSIVE
Investment
A Holistic Intensive retreat-style experience is a space where we co-create meaningful transformation by tending to the wisdom held within both psyche and body. These retreats allow us to step outside the pace of everyday life and enter a more spacious rhythm where deeper listening, reflection, and integration can unfold.
Retreats are offered both virtually and in person. The investment for the retreat experience is the same in either format; the only additional costs for in-person retreats are travel, lodging, and meals.
In-person retreats often take place in Highlands, North Carolina, a quiet mountain town about 60 miles southwest of Asheville, North Carolina, offering a peaceful setting that naturally supports reflection and inner work. You may also invite me to travel to you so we can create a retreat experience in your own environment. In the past, retreats have also been offered in places such as Taos, New Mexico; Denver, Colorado; and Houston, Texas.
A one-day retreat is $999 USD (virtual only)
A two-day retreat is $1,800 USD (virtual or in-person)
A three-day retreat is $2,700 USD (virtual or in-person)
Payment plans are available.

A Holistic Intensive is a three-hour private session designed to allow us to slow down and work with greater depth than a traditional session. Rather than stopping just as something meaningful begins to unfold, the extended time allows us to stay with the process and follow what is emerging.
During the intensive we may explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the wisdom held within the body. Our work may include reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, and practices that support deeper integration.
Each intensive is shaped around your intentions and what feels most supportive for you in the moment.

Weekly sessions can be supportive over time, but the rhythm can sometimes feel fragmented. Just as something meaningful begins to surface, the session ends and daily life resumes.
An intensive offers a different pace. The extended time allows us to remain with what is unfolding so that insights, emotional patterns, and embodied experiences can be explored with continuity.
Many people find that this sustained attention creates the conditions for deeper understanding and integration.
