Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy for Intuitive, Sensitive Souls in Colorado

Are you ready to dive deeper into Self?
In my work as a licensed psychotherapist, I support adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or the lingering impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware—yet privately carry an inner heaviness, a sense of not belonging, or the feeling of being “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. I see these struggles not as signs that something is wrong with you, but as meaningful messages from your inner world—signals asking for gentleness, attention, and care. Therapy is the place where those messages can finally be heard.
My style is grounded, warm, and deeply human. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Depth Psychology, which means I’ve spent years studying the inner life, the unconscious, and the emotional patterns that quietly guide us. Alongside this, I bring a year-long postgraduate training in Clinical Complex Trauma (CCTP-II), specialized training in Somatic Experiencing, and my ongoing doctoral studies in Integrative Depth Psychology. This combination of depth work, trauma training, and somatic understanding helps me attune to what you’re carrying through both your body and your psyche—how your patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses were shaped by what you’ve lived through.
In our sessions, we slow down and make space for what’s underneath the surface. Together, we explore the beliefs, memories, and protective parts of you that have quietly influenced your life for years. We pay attention to how your body responds to the present moment, where you hold tension, and what helps you return to a sense of steadiness and safety. This work is gentle, curious, and rooted in helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been ignored or pushed aside.
I aim to be a curious, collaborative, and respectful guide—someone who honors the pace of your nervous system and never rushes your process. My role is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and help you make sense of your inner world in a way that feels supportive and empowering. I offer trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy for adults in Colorado, supporting individuals who want to move beyond old survival patterns and develop a more grounded, authentic relationship with themselves.
Ultimately, therapy with me is an invitation to come back into relationship with your true essence.
To meet your emotions with compassion.
To understand why you feel the way you do.
And to build a steady, honest connection with your inner world—one that supports who you’re becoming and helps you feel more like yourself than ever before.
Holistic depth therapy that nurtures your innate wisdom
While I take my education and training very seriously, I am not the expert on you, your story, or your healing process. I believe healing unfolds most honestly when you are met with respect, curiosity, and deep attunement. My role is to offer a steady container and to walk alongside you as a warm, grounded guide, supporting you in reconnecting with your innate wisdom, your instinctual body, your authentic yes and your sacred no. Together, we build a bridge between where you are and where you feel called to be.
This work is not about fixing what is broken or following a prescribed path. It is about listening carefully to what lives beneath the surface of your experience and honoring the intelligence already present within you. I work from a holistic, depth oriented, and trauma focused perspective that recognizes the ways your symptoms, patterns, and coping strategies once served a purpose. With patience and care, we begin to understand what your inner world has been protecting, carrying, or asking for, allowing change to arise in a way that feels safe, integrated, and sustainable.
As a depth therapist, we are always in relationship with the unconscious, whether or not it is explicitly named. At times, we may listen through sensation, image, dream, myth, or symbolic language as ways your psyche communicates what cannot yet be spoken directly. These moments are not about interpretation or answers, but about deepening trust in your own inner signals and the quiet wisdom guiding your healing.
My goal is to support you in embracing your fullest self and in cultivating the inner tools needed to live in greater alignment with who you truly are. This journey is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering yourself, discovering what feels meaningful and true for you, and consciously authoring a life that reflects your soul’s essence.
“Brave the Forest and get lost getting found”
-Kim Krans
Most of us live with an invisible force guiding our thoughts, emotions, and actions—our unconscious. It’s the core of our being, often working silently in the background, influencing every choice, every relationship, and even our career paths. When we feel stuck, anxious, perfectionistic, or overwhelmed, these are often signs that old patterns, rooted in early experiences or past pain, are running the show.
Without realizing it, we can end up reacting to life or living someone else’s idea of life rather than truly living what feels congruent to us. These patterns can lead to feelings of misalignment, stagnation, and a constant push for something “more” that never quite satisfies.
As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, I work with adults who are ready to break free from painful cycles and step into a life that feels authentically their own. Together, we’ll uncover the unconscious patterns shaping your choices, so you can move from reacting to living with a deeper sense of congruency. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced attachment trauma, grown up in chaotic or harmful environments, or carry the weight of childhood PTSD. Many of my clients also struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or low self-esteem in their daily lives. My work helps create space for healing, self-understanding, and the freedom to live more fully as yourself.

Therapy with me does not follow a formula, because you are not a formula. I work from a depth-oriented, trauma-focused, and holistic perspective that honors the full complexity of the human experience, blending a strong foundation of clinical knowledge with intuition and careful attunement. Our work unfolds in response to who you are, your story, your symptoms, your desires, and your inner world, rather than a fixed method or agenda. As a depth therapist, we are always working with the unconscious, whether or not it is explicitly named, listening for what lives beneath the surface of awareness. This may include attention to dreams, myth, fairytales, tarot, or oracle as symbolic languages of the psyche and ways of understanding inner patterns, protections, and longings. Depth in lived practice is not about pushing, intensifying, or overanalyzing, but about slowing down enough to notice what is subtle and often unspoken, allowing change to emerge in a way that feels integrated, embodied, and enduring.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN WORKING TOGETHER
Investing in Your Care
-
My standard rate is $250 per session (60 minutes).
As of January 2026, I am currently accepting new clients. Please reach out for a free consultation.
A part of my caseload is reserved for sliding-scale & community-rate spaces (reserved for clients without out-of-network insurance benefits), as part of my commitment to accessibility and sustainability. Availability varies, and once these spaces are full, I maintain a waitlist.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I partner with Thrizer so you only pay your co-pay at the time of service instead of paying in full and waiting for reimbursement. Complimentary superbills are also available upon request.
-
I choose not to accept insurance in order to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and depth of our work together.
When working with insurance companies, therapists are required to assign mental health diagnoses and share aspects of treatment with third parties. This can limit confidentiality and place external oversight on your care.
Insurance providers often place parameters on therapy—such as defining medical necessity, limiting the number or length of sessions, or requiring specific treatment frameworks. This can limit the depth and responsiveness of the work, which is best supported by flexibility and pacing guided by your system.
While I do not accept insurance, I am deeply committed to accessibility. I intentionally keep five sliding-scale and community-rate spaces open at all times for clients without out-of-network benefits. Availability varies, and when these spaces are full, I maintain a waitlist.
For clients with out-of-network benefits, I partner with Thrizer to help reduce upfront costs—often allowing you to pay only your co-pay at the time of service instead of paying in full and waiting for reimbursement. I also offer complimentary superbills as an additional option.

I hold this practice in service of the therapeutic process. The policies that follow are guided by a few of my personal values.
Scheduling Policy
I understand that things come up. For this reason, I do not require a 24-hour cancellation policy and only charge for no-shows. This structure is intentional and grounded in trust. It is meant to reduce unnecessary stress and support your capacity to stay resourced and present in our work. I trust that you will hold this flexibility with care.Session Environment
Therapy does not always require you to leave your life at the door. If having your baby present, nursing, including an animal, or making space for other real-world needs helps this work feel accessible and supportive, it is welcomed here.Accessibility & Sliding-Scale
I am committed to increasing access to care and intentionally hold five sliding-scale and community-rate spots at all times for clients without out-of-network benefits, as availability allows.Showing Up as You Are
The work is supported when clients feel safe to show up as they are—without pressure to manage appearances.Equity, Power & Collective Care
As a first generation Arab American, I am aware of how systems of power and oppression shape our lives and our sense of safety. Therapy does not exist outside of these realities, and I acknowledge the power dynamics inherent in this work.I am committed to continually working toward a safer space rather than assuming one, through ongoing self-reflection, consultation, and my own therapy.
For those who have learned through lived experience that institutions or authority figures, including the government or mental health systems, are not always safe, you are welcome here. This practice is grounded in consent, collaboration, and respect for your autonomy and pace.
