Holistic Coaching Intensives for trauma recovery & self-trust
Jungian Psychology I Enneagram I Somatics & Nervous System
WHAT ARE holistic coaching intensives?
Imagine having two full days where you don’t have to rush, wrap it up, or save the rest for next week’s session.
Holistic Coaching Intensives are immersive, two-day experiences that give us the time and space to work differently.
Rather than relying on conversation alone, we can bring your body, nervous system, unconscious, creativity, and inner world into the process.
Your intensive is personalized to you and may draw from:
Somatic Coaching
Slowing down enough to notice what’s happening beneath the words. We may work with sensations, emotions, impulses, nervous system responses, and the ways your body holds and communicates your experience.Jungian Coaching + Depth Psychology
Going beneath the surface to explore recurring patterns, dreams, symbols, archetypes, inner conflicts, and the parts of yourself that may be asking to be known differently.Trauma-Informed Integration
Exploring how past experiences may continue to shape present-day patterns while supporting greater awareness, choice, self-compassion, and connection to yourself. This is coaching and personal growth work, not trauma treatment or psychotherapy.Creative + Experiential Practices
Sometimes words only take us so far. We may incorporate journaling, imagery, movement, art, nature, ritual, or other practices that help you access what isn’t always available through thinking alone.Space for Integration
We don’t have to move from one insight to the next. There is time to pause, reflect, rest, take a walk, let something settle, and return when you’re ready.
“Belonging does not come from fitting in. It comes from knowing your place in the web of life, from relationship with land, story and soul”
HOLISTIC COACHING INTENSIVES ARE A PERFECT FIT WHEN…
You’ve already done meaningful inner work. Now you’re ready to give yourself the time and space to go deeper.
You’re finally getting somewhere meaningful just as it’s time to wrap up your weekly therapy session.
You spend half your session catching up on the week instead of exploring what’s underneath it.
You have a lot of insight into your patterns, but you’re ready to experience something beyond simply understanding why.
You’ve been circling the same pattern, decision, or question and feel ready to give it your full attention.
You’re moving through a life transition and want dedicated space to listen for what’s changing and what you want next.
You’re craving more than traditional talk therapy and want to experience your healing, not just talk about it.
You know you need to step outside your everyday roles and responsibilities long enough to hear yourself clearly.
A Holistic Coaching Intensive is a two-day minimum immersive experience rooted in somatic coaching, Jungian coaching, and depth psychology. As a holistic coach, I integrate mind-body awareness, intuitive exploration, and depth-oriented practices to create space for greater self-understanding, embodiment, and meaningful change.
This isn’t about “fixing” yourself, because there’s nothing wrong with you.
It’s about giving yourself the space to listen deeply, explore what’s ready to shift, and move forward with greater clarity and connection to yourself.
Hi, I’m Nadia!
I know the power of different containers for inner work.
As a psychotherapist, I know the value of the weekly hour. The consistency. The relationship. The opportunity to let change unfold over time.
I also know there are moments when you need a different kind of container. More time. More space. A chance to step outside your everyday life and stay with what’s asking for your attention.
My approach brings together:
Somatic coaching + nervous system awareness
Jungian coaching + depth psychology
Trauma-informed practices
The Enneagram
Creative + experiential exploration
Intuition + embodied awareness
As a holistic coach and somatic coach, I created these intensives to offer an immersive, deeply personalized space for inner work that doesn’t have to fit neatly into a weekly hour.
Sometimes the work needs consistency. Sometimes it needs spaciousness. I believe there is power in knowing the difference.

Nadia's coaching genuinely shifted my entire life
How I relate to my nervous system, my patterns, and just myself as a whole human. She’s the person I want walking alongside me as I integrate real change into my actual day-to-day life (not just in theory). We all need a little Nadia in our lives. She’s so talented & sharp in the way she sees things, & you can feel how much she loves this work & how deeply she cares about you as a client. I feel very at home.

I've worked with nadia several times when I've hit roadblocks.
She’s highly intuitive and tuned in. I love how compassionate, warm, sensitive, and thoughtful she is. She really knows how to hold a safe space and a container that allows me to be vulnerable and completely unapologetically me. It’s such a gift to be seen by her. Her kindness, gentleness, warmth, awareness, depth in her guidance has truly been the reason why I keep going back to her. She meets me where I am without any force or pressure of any kind. A genuinely gifted soul that I get the privilege to seek guidance from.

Nadia's compassion, insight and empathy have changed me in ways that genuinely matter.
She’s helped me untangle deep wounds, question old belief systems and grow into someone stronger, clearer and more confident. Her expertise around the shadow self, self-trust and boundaries is profound and expansive. I’m deeply grateful that our paths crossed.

HOLISTIC COACHING INTENSIVES FAQ
-
Therapy and holistic coaching are different containers with different purposes.
Psychotherapy is a mental health service that may involve assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns. A Holistic Coaching Intensive is a personal growth experience focused on self-exploration, embodiment, patterns, meaning, values, and how you want to move forward.
As an integrative somatic coach, I may use body-based awareness alongside Jungian coaching and depth psychologyto help you explore yourself beyond intellectual insight.
The intensive can complement the work you are already doing in therapy, but it does not replace it.
-
Not necessarily, but there are circumstances where ongoing psychotherapy may be recommended or required before moving forward with an intensive.
Because this is holistic life coaching rather than psychotherapy, there may also be things that emerge during our time together that are better supported within an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Part of working responsibly together is being honest about which container is best suited to what you need.
-
Yes. Every Holistic Coaching Intensive begins with a one-time, 60-minute Intro Session.
This is our chance to connect before we dive deeper. I’ll learn more about you, what’s bringing you here, and what you’re hoping to explore. You’ll have space to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and begin talking through what your personalized intensive could look like.
Your Intro Session is $250 USD and is booked as the first step. If you continue with an intensive, that fee is applied toward your $2,250 total investment.
Your full Holistic Coaching Intensive experience includes:
1-hour Intro Session
3-hour Day One session
Personalized prompts, exercises + reflections for integration between sessions
3-hour Day Two session
Personalized post-intensive resources based on our work together
That’s 7 hours of private, personalized time together, plus individualized support and resources to help you integrate and carry the work forward.
-
Your intensive gives us the opportunity to build a shared language, explore your patterns in depth, and experience how we work together.
If you’d like continued support afterward, ongoing holistic life coaching and somatic coaching can give you a space to integrate what emerged, stay connected to what you’re practicing, and continue exploring what unfolds in your everyday life.
Ongoing coaching is not psychotherapy or a replacement for mental health treatment. Depending on what emerges, you may also choose to work with a psychotherapist for additional integration and support.
-
Holistic Coaching Intensives are not appropriate for diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, processing acute trauma, crisis stabilization, or replacing ongoing psychotherapy when clinical care is needed.
If what you’re experiencing requires mental health treatment or a level of support outside the scope of coaching, I’ll encourage you to work with an appropriate licensed mental health professional.
You may also choose to work with a therapist after your intensive to continue integrating what emerged.
-
Most people choose to experience their Holistic Coaching Intensive virtually, allowing them to do this work from the privacy and comfort of their own space without the added logistics of travel.
I also offer in-person Holistic Coaching Intensives in the Asheville and Cashiers, North Carolina areas for those who want to step away from their everyday environment and create a more immersive experience.
If you choose an in-person intensive, you are responsible for arranging and covering your own:
Travel + transportation
Hotel or accommodations
Meals
Any other personal or travel-related expenses
Your intensive fee covers our Holistic Coaching Intensive work together only. Travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses are not included.

When we reconnect, we’ll have another three hours to return to what emerged, explore what shifted overnight, and follow whatever is asking for deeper attention.Rather than starting over, we get to pick up where we left off.
