HOLISTIC & INTUITIVE GUIDANCE for Embodied &Soulful Living
Supporting individuals worldwide in deepening connection to their innate inner wisdom
Holistic & intuitive guidance utilizing depth & archetypal psychology to help you feel more aligned & embodied in your day to day
“This work is for those who feel deeply, think carefully, and sense that their inner life is rich with meaning. You may be intuitive, reflective, and emotionally aware, yet still longing for a deeper, steadier relationship with yourself. You are not looking to be fixed or optimized, but to listen more honestly, move more consciously, and live from a place that feels true. Holistic guidance offers space for that kind of inner relationship to unfold, gently, relationally, and at the pace your system can hold.”
Holistic Guidance may be supportive if you…
feel emotionally aware, intuitive, or deeply empathic
tend to overthink or second-guess your inner knowing
notice recurring relational themes you want to meet with more honesty
are navigating a transition, decision, or quiet inner shift
want to feel more regulated and grounded in your day-to-day life
are ready for support that is relational, not prescriptive
This space is for those who are already paying attention to their inner experience and are ready to relate to it with more care and reverence, rather than trying to constantly “fix it”.
Holistic guidance offers a place to soften the effort and meet yourself with care. It welcomes sensitivity, intuition, and depth as natural ways of knowing, not traits to manage or refine. Here, you are invited into a more conscious relationship with yourself, one that values presence over productivity and honesty over certainty. Rather than pushing for change, the work supports listening, staying, and allowing what is true to come into clearer focus, so your life can be shaped from the inside out.

Nadia's coaching genuinely shifted my entire life
How I relate to my nervous system, my patterns, and just myself as a whole human. She’s the person I want walking alongside me as I integrate real change into my actual day-to-day life (not just in theory). We all need a little Nadia in our lives. She’s so talented & sharp in the way she sees things, & you can feel how much she loves this work & how deeply she cares about you as a client. I feel very at home.

I've worked with nadia several times when I've hit roadblocks.
She’s highly intuitive and tuned in. I love how compassionate, warm, sensitive, and thoughtful she is. She really knows how to hold a safe space and a container that allows me to be vulnerable and completely unapologetically me. It’s such a gift to be seen by her. Her kindness, gentleness, warmth, awareness, depth in her guidance has truly been the reason why I keep going back to her. She meets me where I am without any force or pressure of any kind. A genuinely gifted soul that I get the privilege to seek guidance from.

I'm so blessed to have Nadia in my life.
I’m so blessed to have Nadia in my life. It doesn’t matter whether it’s serious coaching or casual talking-her humanistic approach and positive outlook on life make every experience one to remember and learn from. I would highly recommend Nadia for those looking to help better understand ourselves and others, life’s enigmas, and most importantly how to grow from them. Five out of five.

Nadia's compassion, insight and empathy have changed me in ways that genuinely matter.
She’s helped me untangle deep wounds, question old belief systems and grow into someone stronger, clearer and more confident. Her expertise around the shadow self, self-trust and boundaries is profound and expansive. I’m deeply grateful that our paths crossed.

Nadia consistently brings a rare combination of clinical skill, intuition, and authentic humanity to her practice.
She has a natural talent for creating safety and fostering trust which provides space for even the most vulnerable content to be honored. Her interventions and approach are thoughtful, intentional and always rooted in a deep respect for her clients' autonomy and lived experience. I couldn't recommend her services more strongly!

I am not exaggerating when I say this; Nadia is probably the most talented therapist I have ever met.
Nadia has a brilliant mind and a spectacular heart; she will help you track patterns in your psyche, attune to your system, facilitate breakthroughs, and guide you into the remembrance of your wholeness. She is loving, kind, highly effective, and incredibly likable. I wholeheartedly recommend her 11/10!!

WAYS THIS WORK CAN IMPACT YOU
the Forest:
a month-to-month initiatory holistic guidance container
A depth-oriented & mythic guided space for cultivating self-trust, capacity, and integration.
The Forest is a relational, depth-oriented guidance container for women who find themselves turning inward and wanting support that feels grounded and respectful of their own inner timing. This work is informed by archetypal and mythic understanding, not as something to perform or become, but as a way of recognizing the deeper movements that shape a life.
Each phase of life carries its own questions, thresholds, and invitations. Over time, we are asked to listen more closely, to move beneath familiar ways of knowing, and to respond to what is emerging from within.
This work is not about fixing or pushing through change. It is a place to slow down, listen more carefully, and stay with what is present beneath the surface of things. Over time, this kind of attention supports clarity, steadiness, and a deeper trust in yourself, so what you come to know can actually be lived.
“Belonging does not come from fitting in. It comes from fitting in. It comes from knowing your place in the web of life, from relationship with land, story and soul””
the Forest includes:
The Threshold (opening session)
The Forest begins with one live session that serves as an entry point into the container. This session is about meeting you where you are and listening closely to what feels most relevant in your life at this moment. Together, we name the themes, intentions, and areas of focus you would like to tend. The container is shaped collaboratively around your lived experience rather than a predetermined agenda. This session establishes shared clarity around focus, pacing, and support, offering a grounded orientation for the month ahead.
The Mirror (reflection & meaning making)
As the work deepens, insight and understanding begin to emerge organically. When supportive, we may draw on reflective and symbolic approaches such as dreamwork, myths and fairytales, tarot or oracle, and the Enneagram. These are used as mirrors rather than directives, helping illuminate patterns, inner dynamics, and protective strategies with curiosity and care. The emphasis is on awareness and understanding, allowing meaning to surface without urgency or interpretation being imposed.
The Path (living the work)
The work is brought back into everyday life. Attention turns toward how you are actually moving through your days, what you notice in your body, and how you respond in moments of tension, ease, and choice. Rather than trying to apply insight or make change happen, we stay close to experience. Through noticing, pacing, and gentle practice over time, new ways of responding begin to settle and take shape in ways that feel real and sustainable.
The Lantern (ongoing voice note support)
Ongoing support within The Forest is held primarily through voice notes. This allows space to tend to what is arising in your experience over time, rather than confining the work to scheduled sessions or immediate response. You are welcome to share reflections, observations, or moments that feel alive or unsettled as you move through your days. What you bring is met with care and attention, supporting the integration of what is emerging and helping it settle into lived understanding. Responses are offered with intention and clear boundaries, not to resolve or reassure, but to support discernment, capacity, and trust in your own unfolding process.
The Return (integration & continuity)
At the heart of The Forest is a commitment to supporting autonomy, integration, and increased capacity. Guidance is offered in service of your own inner process, not to override or replace it. The work is meant to return with you into your relationships, choices, and daily rhythms. Offered month to month, the container allows space for reflection, integration, and choice, honoring both your life as it is and the timing of what is unfolding.

Holistic Guidance is a good fit for you if you are:
Seeking non-clinical, depth-oriented support
Interested in nervous system awareness and trauma-informed practices
Drawn to Enneagram work beyond personality descriptions
Navigating leadership, responsibility, transitions, or identity shifts
Looking to integrate previous therapy or inner work into daily life
Holistic Guidance may not be appropriate if you are currently seeking treatment for acute mental health concerns or require clinical care.
-
No.
My holistic guidance offer is not meant for nor does not replace psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Holistic guidance and therapy serve different purposes and can be complementary.
Clinical support is always recommended in conjunction with holistic guidance.
-
Therapy is a clinical service focused on mental health treatment, diagnosis, and healing related to psychological symptoms or disorders.
Holistic Guidance is a non-clinical, developmental service focused on growth, integration, leadership, and self-relationship. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
This coaching work is trauma-informed and depth-oriented, but it is not therapy. It is designed to support insight, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and integration — particularly for people who are already self-aware and seeking continued growth.
-
The Forest is entered one month at a time. It is designed to meet you where you are, rather than require a long-term commitment upfront.
Some people choose to step into The Forest for a single month to support a particular moment, transition, or area of focus. Others find it supportive to remain for multiple months as the work deepens and continues to integrate into their life. Each month is an invitation to pause, reflect, and choose what feels aligned for you.
-
Ongoing support within The Forest is offered primarily through Voxer voice notes. This allows space to tend to what is emerging over time, rather than limiting the work to scheduled sessions or creating a sense of immediacy.
You are welcome to share reflections, experiences, or moments from your lived life that feel relevant to the work. Responses are offered with care and intention, and within clear boundaries, supporting integration and discernment rather than ongoing reassurance or constant dialogue.
There is no expectation to message frequently or for support to be available in real time. Part of the work is developing trust in your own inner listening, and learning when to reach out and when to stay with your own process. Over time, many people find that knowing thoughtful support is available strengthens their capacity to sense, reflect, and integrate on their own.
Discernment and autonomy matter here. While I am present and available throughout the container, the work is held in a way that supports your own inner authority and unfolding, rather than reliance on external reassurance.
