Most of us live with an invisible force guiding our thoughts, emotions, and actions—our unconscious. It’s the core of our being, often working silently in the background, influencing every choice, every relationship, and even our career paths. When we feel stuck, anxious, perfectionistic, or overwhelmed, these are often signs that old patterns, rooted in early experiences or past pain, are running the show.

Without realizing it, we can end up reacting to life or living someone else’s idea of life rather than truly living what feels congruent to us. These patterns can lead to feelings of misalignment, stagnation, and a constant push for something “more” that never quite satisfies.

As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, I work with adults who are ready to break free from painful cycles and step into a life that feels authentically their own. Together, we’ll uncover the unconscious patterns shaping your choices, so you can move from reacting to living with a deeper sense of congruency. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced attachment trauma, grown up in chaotic or harmful environments, or carry the weight of childhood PTSD. Many of my clients also struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or low self-esteem in their daily lives. My work helps create space for healing, self-understanding, and the freedom to live more fully as yourself.

While I take my education and training very seriously, I am in no way the expert of you, your story or your healing process. My deepest belief and mission is to provide a steady container & be a warm, curious and attuned guide for you. This journey is about reconnecting to your innate wisdom, to your instinctual body, to your authentic “yes” and your sacred “no”, and to build a bridge between where you are and where you would like to be.

My goal is to support you in embracing your fullest self, equipping you with the tools to confidently create a path that feels true to who you are. This journey isn’t about following a formula; it’s about discovering how this life is meaningful to you and to help you be the one who consciously writes your story.

Depth psychology offers a different path than traditional talk therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), which tend to be more structured and behavior-focused. Jungian therapy instead invites us into the depths of the unconscious—through dreams, symbols, images, somatic sensations, and even slips of the tongue. This work is about exploring the inner terrain of the psyche: what isn’t always visible, but deeply shapes daily life. The journey is not just about solving problems, but about initiation—an unfolding process of self-discovery. And as Kim Krans reminds us, the way forward often requires courage: to enter the forest, get a little lost, and in doing so, find ourselves again.

  • I offer both coaching & psychotherapy* options, each tailored to meet you wherever you are on your journey toward self-discovery and personal growth.

    Coaching is for those looking to create meaningful change in their lives by setting and achieving personal or professional goals, exploring their potential, and deepening their connection to self. It focuses on helping you uncover and express your authentic self in a way that feels empowering and aligned. Coaching is ideal if you’re ready to make shifts and need guidance, accountability, and tools for growth, but don’t necessarily require intensive emotional healing.

    Psychotherapy dives into the root of unconscious patterns and emotional experiences that may be causing distress or holding you back. This path is about healing and understanding—looking at how past experiences shape your current reality and uncovering the deeper imprints on your nervous system, emotions, and sense of self. Psychotherapy offers a safe and supportive space to address unresolved feelings, explore trauma, and cultivate a foundation of inner peace and resilience.

  • I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. Currently, I am also pursuing a doctorate in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

    Since 2020, I have practiced as a therapist in various settings, including community mental health, youth suicide prevention agencies, group practices, organizations, and private practice. In addition to my private practice, I serve as the Organizational Leadership Coach for Biscochito Inc. in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

  • I believe in the power of continuous support and accessibility. Traditional talk therapy often limits connection to weekly sessions, which can leave gaps during times when insights or challenges emerge. By combining multiple Zoom sessions per month with optional Voxer support, you have access to real-time guidance, allowing for deeper and more sustained transformation.

    This approach is especially beneficial for those who value ongoing, personalized support throughout their journey. It ensures you can navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and receive guidance precisely when you need it.

    While Voxer support is optional, it’s available if you desire more connection and support between sessions.
